Buying a house with 0% down payment is possible

Yes, you read that right, you can buy a house with 0% down payment and not necessary you need to be a veteran to be able to have this option.

The USDA loan is a program offered by the United States Department of Agriculture where buyers are offered a mortgage loan to buy properties in rural and suburban areas. There is a map where you can check if the property you are looking to buy is in the eligibility area for a USDA map:

Regarding the requirements, the applicant should have a 640+ credit score and also be within the income limits, the annual house hold income limit varies by State and County. Household income cannot exceed 115% of the median household income in the County. You can check if your household income can qualify in the following link:

Despite dealing with a government program will require a bit more time and paperwork, the benefits of buying a house with a 0% down payment definitely worth it.

Remember: You will still need to use your savings to cover closing costs, inspections, appraisal and other financial costs attached to the mortgage itself.
