One of the most common questions is WHERE DO I START? Here is a simple step by step of the house buying process.
- Get pre-approved for a loan, this will set you apart from other buyers and you will be able to submit an offer on a property as soon as you want
- Work with a licensed Realtor, use their knowledge and support; it is FREE (seller pays for it) – Make sure you commit to ONE Realtor, respect their time and effort; return the favor with your loyalty
- House hunt with your Realtor, taking in consideration your budget and needs / wants
- Once you are ready to make an offer on a house, your Realtor will help you submit an offer
- If the offer gets accepted, you are officially “under contract”
- Make sure a professional inspection is performed to the house for your peace of mind
- The appraisal is ordered by your lender
- Once the lender and the title company gives you green light, you are ready to close on your new HOME.
